E-Commerce and Digital Advertising Specialist (Remote)

The E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and managing digital advertising initiatives and tasked with initiating new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Instacart, Walmart, Citrus, Meta, and other relevant channels
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals
  • A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and ad placements to continually improve campaign performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising
  • Optimize E-commerce and Marketing procedures and practices
  • Manage search marketing, product listings and promotions on e-commerce platforms
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and product expansion
  • Implement and maintain best practices to improve paid and organic search visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience, website functionality, and conversion rate
  • Complete Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Generate and provide regular reports on key performance metrics, advertising spend, and revenue/unit growth on e-commerce sites
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
  • Proven 5+ experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, preferably in e-commerce
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Instacart, Walmart Connect, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and others
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
